Please record an unboxing video from start to finish, clearly showing the package and the product.
Without this video, we cannot accept any complaints.

Easy Exchanges

Need a different product or received a damaged item?
You have a 3-day window from the delivery date to request an exchange.
Only one-time exchange is allowed within 3 days of delivery.

No Questions Asked Manufacturing Defect Policy

In the rare event of a manufacturing defect, Lofiyan will Exchange/Return the product after verification.

Nominal Exchange / Return Fee

A fee of ₹250 will be charged for normal exchanges to cover reverse pickup and re-delivery costs.
This fee is applicable one time per order.

Returns

We do not accept returns on cosmetic products once sold.
In case a return is approved, the amount will be refunded in the form of store credit, valid for up to one year.

Conditions for Return

  • Product must be unused and unopened

  • Original packaging must be intact

  • Proof of purchase is mandatory

How to Return

  • Contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving the product

  • Share your order number and details of the issue

  • Attach photos/videos if the product is damaged

  • Follow the instructions provided by our team

Non-Eligible Returns

  • Used, opened, washed, or altered products

  • Products without proof of purchase

  • Complaints without an unboxing video

Cancellation Policy

Lofiyan allows you to cancel your order under the following conditions:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order

  • If the order status changes to Shipped, cancellation is not possible

  • If the order is cancelled by us, the refund will be processed within 7 days via the same payment method

  • Prepaid orders cancelled before shipment will be refunded within 7 days

  • If you do not receive your refund within 7 days, you can raise a request at keyup07@gmail.com

Changed Your Mind? No Problem

  • Prepaid orders can be cancelled within 6 hours for a full refund

  • COD orders can also be cancelled within 6 hours by contacting us

  • If Lofiyan cancels an order for any reason, customers will be informed promptly

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you via email.
Approved returns are refunded as store credit, which can be used for future purchases.

Product Description & Color Disclaimer

Product descriptions and images are approximate.
Minor variations in color, texture, or packaging may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen settings.
Customers are requested to keep these variations in mind while placing an order.

Cosmetic Handling Disclaimer

Cosmetic products may show minor issues such as loose packaging due to transit.
This is common and does not affect product quality.
